You will be assigned a lead on your account and two support team members.

How Does OrangeSky Work?
We have flexibility when it comes to hardware, software, and access logistics.

We can administrate some or all of your docketing needs. Each corporate team has a unique setup.
We require a minimum commitment of overflow work to engage a new client. Once you become an OrangeSky client we keep availability ready for your needs to cover volume spikes, vacations, sabbaticals or medical leaves on your team.

We also offer para-support services for your int'l trademark prosecution. Helping coordinate global filings plans, renewals, annuities, declarations of use or instructing or tracking customs recordals are some of the para-support services we provide.

Paperwork
& Agreement
We provide a standard non-disclosure to initially engage.

Our Clients most often prefer we use agreements provided by them but can also provide one if needed.
Who We Work With
We work solely with in-house corporate trademark teams.

We partner and coordinate daily with Outside Counsel and Foreign Associates on behalf of our Clients.

Our Rates
We bill hourly. Clients only pay for billable work product time.

We provide corporate rate discounts based on volume commitments.
​
We offer flat rates after an introduction period.
